Pages describing Crypto Portfolio Desktop engagements — including OTC desk exposure monitoring, settlement tracking reviews, and broker desk onboarding — are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope or statement of work. Prices shown are guidance, not an offer to sell software licenses through this website checkout (none exists).

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we provide under an engagement remain our property or that of our licensors unless a written agreement says otherwise. You may not copy desk playbooks for resale or redistribute configuration materials outside your organization without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false contact details, or use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with Scalable SaaS.

No professional advice beyond scope

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or from decisions made solely on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the applicable statement of work; if silent, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Incheon shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
