Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, optional engagement interest, scope notes, and message content.
  • Communications: emails or calls you initiate regarding engagements.
  • Technical: essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies (see our Cookies page).

We do not ask for wallet private keys, seed phrases, or full unredacted trade books through the public form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare engagement scopes, deliver contracted desk work, improve the website, and meet legal obligations under Korean law.

Depending on context, we rely on your request to take steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional services business, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations where applicable.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Korean commercial and tax rules, then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing

We may share data with IT or communication providers who process it on our instructions, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider assessments consistent with applicable Korean requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent for optional analytics. Contact contact@scalable-saas.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please redact sensitive trade details in initial inquiries.
