Pricing follows engagement scope — book size, number of rails, and whether traders need live workshops.
Rates below are starting points in KRW for desks based in Korea. Final quotes follow a short written brief. There is no checkout on this site — rates are informational.
OTC Desk Exposure Monitoring
From ₩4,800,000
Full mapping of counterparties and open exposure in Crypto Portfolio Desktop, plus two trader sessions. Larger multi-entity books are quoted separately.
Settlement Tracking Review
From ₩2,900,000
Milestone definitions, status board setup, and one follow-up after live use. Extra rails or complex custody setups may add time.
Broker Desk Onboarding
From ₩1,850,000
Workshop for up to six traders and a shared playbook. Additional seats are priced after we know attendance.
What shapes a quote
- Number of active counterparties and trading entities
- Mix of fiat rails (for example KRW) and crypto delivery paths
- Whether work is remote-only or includes an Incheon workshop day
- Urgency of an existing settlement backlog (we still avoid fake scarcity — we simply schedule capacity)
Retainers
Some desks keep a monthly desk-check retainer after the first engagement (from ₩950,000 / month) for configuration tweaks and a scheduled review call. Retainers are optional and cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
